In 2022 and the first 5 months of 2023, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Training Department organized 12 BCV conferences with 920 listeners, the district level held 180 conferences with 8.948 listeners, the grassroots level held 3.303 conferences with 55.829 listeners. listener turn. Through the assessment, 90% of provincial-level staffs are doing well, 10% are doing well; 80% of district level committees perform well, 20% perform well.
