Speaker Nguyen Canh Binh – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alpha Book Joint Stock Company – shared the content of the thematic session.

The thematic talk attracted a large number of officials, civil servants, students, and book lovers in Ha Tinh city. In a warm and open atmosphere, Mr. Nguyen Canh Binh shared insightful, practical, and inspiring perspectives on the big question: How to maintain and develop a reading culture in the context of today's rapidly developing digital technology ?

Mr. Binh believes that: We are living in an era where information arrives faster than ever before, but it can also easily distract and tire people out. Reading remains an effective way to cultivate concentration, deep thinking, and intellectual qualities. Whether reading physical books or e-books, the important thing is to maintain a daily reading habit.

The speaker also emphasized the role of education and family in fostering a love of books in the younger generation, especially as social media and entertainment content increasingly occupy users' time, particularly young people. A reading culture cannot exist without a nurturing environment. We must proactively create reading spaces, both physical and spiritual, so that books still have a place in modern life.

The students interacted with the speaker.

Many students asked questions and engaged in discussions with the speaker, demonstrating a deep interest in reading, book selection, and personal development through reading habits. Numerous teachers and parents also shared their concerns about how to keep their children from straying from books amidst the countless temptations of technology.

The thematic talk not only provided additional knowledge but also sparked much reflection among attendees on how to approach books and information in the digital age.
