Bougainvillea flowers create a romantic scene along the Han River. The city has added three flower clusters and lighting on the sidewalks of Bach Dang Street to serve residents and tourists who come to visit and take photos during the holidays and the summer tourist season.

Floral decorations are displayed in the area north of the Dragon Bridge (opposite the Vietnam Television Center in the Central and Central Highlands region, VTV8).

The total cost for the three illuminated floral decorations is over 881 million VND and will be completed and opened to the public and tourists from April 28, 2024.
