According to Transfermarkt, Real Madrid has two players valued at $158 million, and their squad is worth approximately $177 million more than Barcelona's.
Real Madrid's entire squad is valued at $1.09 billion. Jude Bellingham and Vinicius Junior are the most expensive, each valued at $158 million. These are also the most expensive players in the world , behind only Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe, both valued at $190 million.
Following them are the duo of Rodrygo and Federico Valverde with the same value of 105.6 million, while the two French midfielders Eduardo Camavinga and Auralien Tchouameni are valued at 95 million.
Real Madrid's two most expensive defenders are center-back Eder Militao, costing 74 million euros, and goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, costing 47.5 million euros. However, both will be absent from tomorrow's El Clasico due to long-term injuries that will sideline them for the rest of the 2023-2024 season.
The Real Madrid players with the lowest valuations are Nacho Fernández, Andriy Lunin (5.3 million) and Joselu, Lucas Vazquez (6.35 million).

Meanwhile, Transfermarkt values Barca's entire squad at $910 million, $177 million less than Real Madrid's.
Barca's most expensive player is Pedri, valued at 105.6 million. Following him are Frenkie de Jong, Gavi (95 million), Ronald Araujo (74 million), Raphinha, and Jules Kounde (63.4 million).
However, Barca is considered superior to Real in terms of youth development. After Lamine Yamal (16 years old) and Fermin Lopez (20), 17-year-old striker Marc Guiu is the next talent from the La Masia academy to make a name for himself in the first team, scoring the only goal that helped Barca beat Bilbao 1-0 in round 10 of La Liga on October 22nd. Before that, Pedri (20 years old), Gavi (19) and Alejandro Balde (20) had already established themselves in the first team.
The first El Clasico of the season will take place on October 28th at Montjuic – Barca's home stadium while Camp Nou is undergoing renovations. Historically, only one El Clasico has been played on October 28th, which was in the 2018-2019 season.
At Camp Nou that day, despite Lionel Messi's absence due to a right hand injury, Barca still won convincingly 5-1 thanks to goals from Philippe Coutinho, Arturo Vidal, and a hat-trick from Luis Suarez. The only goal for Real was scored by defender Marcelo.
This was also the first time Barca had beaten Real 5-1 since February 2, 1954, when the team under the late coach Ferdinand Daucik defeated their rivals thanks to a brace from Tejada and goals from Cesar, Moreno, and Manchon.
Marc-Andre ter Stegen is the only remaining Barca player from the El Clasico match five years ago, while Real still have Toni Kroos, Luka Modric, Nacho, Federico Valverde, Dani Ceballos, Courtois and Vazquez.
