The Vietnamese League of Legends team wins the Asian championship.

Team Secret Whales (TSW) from Vietnam officially won the first qualifying round of the League of Legends Asia Pacific Championship after defeating the representative from Taiwan.

LCP is a tournament that brings together the strongest regions in the Asia-Pacific, but excludes China and South Korea . Here, Vietnamese representatives compete against representatives from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, and Australia. After the first year, which was considered a failure with only Team Secret Whales reaching the World Finals, and with CFO, a representative from Taiwan, winning the title in all three seasons.

In its second season, all eight LCP teams experienced significant personnel changes. TSW, however, maintained its core of five official members, replacing Taki with Bie. The team also added Taiwanese coach Warhorse, who has years of experience leading major teams to the world finals.

TSW's youthful energy represents the hope of the Vietnamese region, especially as both GAM and MVK have performed poorly.
