With the motto "wherever there are women, there are women's association activities," and implementing the breakthrough "Focus on building strong grassroots women's associations," in recent times, women's associations at all levels in the province have implemented many specific, practical, and effective solutions and activities.

The Minh Hoa Commune Women's Union, with its 30 branches, has become a "common home" for women of various ethnic groups in the area, with Muong women making up the majority. Over the years, the Women's Union has organized many vibrant activities, fostering unity and mutual support among women in many aspects of life.

Ms. Pham Thi Thuy An, Vice Chairwoman of the Fatherland Front Committee and Chairwoman of the Women's Union of the commune, said: "Currently, the women's union branches are maintaining over 90% of member families participating in the '5 No's, 3 Cleanliness' and '5 Yes's, 3 Cleanliness' models; in addition, women members actively participate in cultural and sports activities in the residential area; and maintain a self-managed women's fund to help members in difficult circumstances borrow capital for economic development and visit members when they are sick."

These vibrant movements and activities have contributed to attracting female members over the years. In addition, the Association has also directed the launch of various activity models to improve the quality of activities, attract members, and build a stronger and more robust organization.”

Cultural and artistic activities organized by the Phong Chau Ward Women's Union always attract a large number of female members, contributing to building a strong Women's Union organization.

In Hung Viet commune, the Women's Union currently has over 4,300 members, with a membership recruitment rate of nearly 80%. During the 2021-2025 period, the Union at all levels admitted 106 new members. Despite being a rural area with a diverse range of occupations, to attract members, the Women's Union at all levels has focused on selecting models and approaches suitable to the local conditions. Along with this, a series of programs and activities have been implemented to promote and highlight the role of women in all aspects of social life. As a result, women members are increasingly committed and actively participate in activities, bringing the Union's movement to a deeper level.

Implementing the breakthrough "Focus on building strong grassroots Women's Union branches" in accordance with the spirit of the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Vietnam Women's Union, the Provincial Women's Union has identified this as a key and continuous task, with decisive significance in improving the quality of the organization and activities of the Union.

Accordingly, the Provincial Women's Union has concretized the targets and issued implementation guidelines suitable to local conditions. First, the Provincial Women's Union directed all levels of the Union to promote the development of the network, attracting members through the creation and replication of many models for gathering members according to interests, age groups, and target groups; improving the content and form of activities to suit the aspirations and professions of members; focusing on building and promoting the role of core members; strengthening coordination with departments, agencies, and organizations to support activities caring for Union officials; and widely implementing activities at the grassroots level.

Women's associations at all levels have focused on diversifying their organizational forms, with over 230 clubs, groups, and women's organizations operating according to specific characteristics, attracting more than 260,000 members. The model of organizing members based on residential areas operates in an orderly and stable manner, basically meeting the needs and aspirations of the majority of women. The model of organizing women online has been piloted at the provincial level with two models of women's groups via Zalo. To date, the entire province has 541,984 female members participating in the activities of the Women's Association. Notably, in the first term of recognizing honorary members, the province has 6,600 honorary members who are leaders of Party committees, government agencies, departments, mass organizations at all levels, businesses, and individuals who have partnered with the Women's Association at all levels in its activities and women's movements.

The model of garment processing cooperative groups in Thuong Long commune has created jobs and stable income for participating members, while also facilitating the attraction and gathering of women to participate in the Women's Union.

In parallel, to build a strong Women's Union organization, all levels of the Women's Union have strengthened inspection, supervision, and reward activities to create motivation for emulation among units; focusing on improving the quality of grassroots cadres, especially branch leaders. From 2021 to the present, the entire province has coordinated the organization of 98 training courses on women's work for nearly 2,000 Women's Union cadres at all levels and 7,800 branch leaders. In addition, the Union has included the criterion of "building strong grassroots organizations" in the annual emulation content, linking it to the evaluation and ranking of emulation movements in localities. As a result, the quality of the Union's activities has improved significantly.

Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union, Kha Thi Luan, emphasized: The realization of this breakthrough has strengthened the trust of women members in the organization; contributing to building a stronger organization that meets the requirements of the current situation. In the coming time, the Provincial Women's Union will continue to direct all levels of the Union to innovate the content and methods of operation, diversify forms of member gathering through many practical models and activities, focusing on the grassroots level to achieve the goal of increasing the number of members by at least 5% by the end of 2030 compared to the number of members at the beginning of the term; 90% of branch leaders will receive training in Union work and social work skills to meet the requirements of the new situation; and 100% of full-time Union officials at all levels will be proficient in using the application software in the Union system. 100% of provincial and grassroots-level women's associations have implemented digital transformation, changing their management methods and organizing activities in a digital environment, and applying information technology in their operations.
