Foxconn reported a more than 11% increase in October revenue as demand for servers supporting artificial intelligence continued to surge.

Hon Hai Precision Industry (Foxconn), Nvidia's server manufacturing partner, continued its strong revenue growth in October, driven by sustained demand for products serving the AI ​​sector.

According to the latest report, Foxconn's October revenue reached NT$895.7 billion (approximately US$29 billion ), an 11.3% increase year-on-year. This growth rate is comparable to that of the third quarter, and the company expects sales to increase by approximately 15% in the fourth quarter of 2025, ending in December.

Foxconn is a key supplier in the supply chain of AI chip-containing servers for data centers, a cornerstone of the current global technology investment wave. The company benefits greatly from the growing demand from leading technology corporations such as Meta and OpenAI, as they ramp up spending on AI infrastructure.

However, analysts also note that the majority of these companies have yet to reap significant returns from their massive investments in this sector.

Besides its AI division, Foxconn remains significantly dependent on Apple, its largest customer. Foxconn is currently the primary iPhone assembler, contributing a large portion of the group's revenue. However, amid slowing global smartphone demand, the Taiwan-based company is making a strong shift toward AI to find new growth drivers.

The company is also expanding its manufacturing operations beyond Asia. Foxconn executives said the business is increasing its AI server production capacity in the US, particularly in Wisconsin and Texas, where the company already has infrastructure. This expansion is part of a strategy to strengthen Foxconn's position in the global supply chain while meeting growing domestic demand in the US market.

Hon Hai is expected to announce its Q3 2025 business results in November. Observers believe these results will better reflect the impact of the AI ​​boom as well as Foxconn's diversification strategy in the context of a stagnant traditional consumer electronics market.
