To achieve these results, the school consistently strives in its educational work, developing annual learning plans that closely align with the learning progress of each class and each student. From the beginning of the school year, the school implements its educational plans and activities in general, and the work of nurturing gifted students in particular, to its teachers.
The school bases its selection of the team on the results of the previous and following academic years, as well as the students' aspirations. They organize review exams to select students, assign specializations to each teacher, and during the learning process, establish priority points, encourage students, and provide timely rewards, creating a comfortable learning environment and allowing students to register for suitable subject combinations. Outside of class hours, teachers provide additional knowledge and answer any questions students may have.
To align with the curriculum of the Ministry of Education and Training and to be flexible according to each group of students, the school's teachers combine various teaching methods during class. Visual learning and practical exercises help students independently explore simple concepts, followed by hands-on learning experiences through pair work, group activities, and more.
The school collects student feedback on teachers' teaching methods, testing, and evaluation through questionnaires or direct meetings between the principal and students, which are held twice per academic year. The school assigns experienced and highly qualified teachers to teach graduation exam preparation courses and provide advanced training for gifted students.
The school organizes mock high school graduation exams, school-level gifted student competitions, and mid-term and final exams in a centralized format; it encourages teachers to focus on nurturing gifted students and providing free tutoring for weak students outside of regular class hours, especially on difficult topics during online teaching. In the past five years, the school has conducted 4,675 tutoring sessions for weak students and 7,906 sessions for gifted students.
The school is strengthening the application of information technology and digital transformation in innovating teaching methods and forms of organization, testing, evaluation, and management. The proportion of general education curriculum content implemented online has reached over 5%; the development of digital learning materials has reached over 60%.
