Comrade Nguyen Manh Cuong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Sin Suoi Ho commune, said: The commune has strictly followed legal regulations in completing the infrastructure system, including the preparation of investment policies, appraisal, and approval of projects funded by the state budget. Bidding and direct contracting procedures have been carried out correctly, ensuring transparency and openness. In 2025 alone, the commune disbursed 252 million VND in public investment capital, achieving 100% of the plan. Currently, there are 14 projects underway in the commune, including 2 managed by the province and 12 managed by the commune. The road in Den Thang village (Sin Suoi Ho commune) has been paved with concrete, making travel easier for the local people.

Along with effectively utilizing allocated funds, Sin Suoi Ho commune places special emphasis on leveraging the people's strength according to the motto "The State and the people work together." As a result, many transportation routes have been completed with the joint efforts of the community. The entire commune now has 33 out of 35 villages with roads accessible by motorbikes and cars to the center. Rural infrastructure is gradually improving, creating favorable conditions for people to develop production, trade goods, and access social services.

Den Thang village is a prime example of the community-based infrastructure development movement. More than 10 years ago, most of the roads in the village were dirt roads, making travel and transportation of goods extremely difficult, especially during the rainy season. Thanks to the investment and support of the Party and the State, along with the unity of the people, 100% of the village's roads have been paved.

Comrade Ly A Sai - Secretary of the Party Branch and Head of Den Thang village, said: “The village has 174 households with 845 inhabitants, 100% of whom are Dao ethnic people. From 2023 to the present, households have voluntarily donated over 3,500 square meters of land and contributed many days of labor to build rural roads. At the end of 2024, the villagers also contributed money and labor to construct a nearly 100-meter-long road to the production area to facilitate farming.”

Alongside transportation development, the entire commune has 50 irrigation works with 104.425 km of reinforced canals, ensuring proactive irrigation for 823.4 hectares of cultivated land. 36 centralized rural water supply projects have been implemented, raising the percentage of rural households with access to clean water to 98%. 100% of schools are built with solid structures; the percentage of households using the national power grid reaches 98%. The gradually synchronized infrastructure helps complete the criteria for building new rural areas. After reviewing and evaluating the new rural area criteria after the merger, the commune achieved an average of 14 out of 19 criteria.

Officials and residents in Pan Kheo village (Sin Suoi Ho commune) have unanimously agreed to donate land for the construction of rural roads.

With the State's investment and the collective efforts of the people, Sin Suoi Ho is undergoing significant transformation. Concrete roads extending to every village, and increasingly modern public infrastructure, are opening up new development opportunities and contributing to building a more prosperous and beautiful border region.

Sin Suoi Ho commune continues to identify infrastructure improvement as one of the key breakthroughs to focus on, in accordance with the Resolution of the First Party Congress of the commune, term 2025-2030. Accordingly, it will concentrate on investing in and upgrading facilities according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training on national standard schools; paying attention to developing and upgrading the transportation system connecting the region and the transportation system to production areas. The goals are to have 100% of roads to villages paved; 100% of schools built with solid structures; and 99.5% of households using the national power grid.
