Recognizing the crucial role of credit in socio-economic development, Agribank Xin Man closely follows the direction of higher authorities, implementing many practical credit programs and actively disseminating Government Decrees 55/2015/ND-CP and 116/2018/ND-CP to the people, helping them understand the policies and confidently access preferential capital for production investment. Beyond just providing loans, Agribank Xin Man also focuses on advising and training in financial management skills, guiding business planning, and calculating costs and profits to help people improve capital efficiency and minimize risks in production and business. To best meet the borrowing needs of customers, Agribank Xin Man regularly sends staff to the grassroots level to survey borrowing needs, advise on suitable loan packages according to production and business needs, and handle procedures quickly and efficiently. Priority is given to allocating capital to agricultural and forestry production models and OCOP product development projects. As a result, thousands of households and cooperatives have accessed preferential capital, boldly investing in the development of distinctive products such as Shan Tuyet tea; peppermint honey; Xin Man sticky rice…

A prime example is the model of Mr. Phan Thanh Tuan, Director of Tuan Bang Transport and Trade Cooperative in Khuon Lung commune, Xin Man district. In 2006, he boldly borrowed 300 million VND from Agribank Xin Man to expand tea production. To date, his credit limit at the bank has reached 6.5 billion VND, with outstanding debt of 5.8 billion VND. Thanks to preferential capital, his family has built a tea processing factory covering over 3,000 m2, equipped with many modern machines, creating regular jobs for 20 workers and 20-30 seasonal workers. The cooperative currently has 2 tea products certified with OCOP 3-star and 1 product certified with OCOP 4-star. On average, after deducting all expenses, his family earns approximately 1 billion VND per year.

According to Mr. Chu Dang Hung, Deputy Director in charge of Agribank Xin Man, by the end of the third quarter of 2025, the total outstanding loan balance at Agribank Xin Man reached 425 billion VND, achieving 90% of the assigned plan. This capital has directly supported hundreds of households, cooperatives, and small businesses in expanding production and increasing the value of agricultural products, with many local specialty products gradually building brands and reaching domestic and international markets.

In the coming period, Agribank Xin Man will continue to prioritize credit capital for the agricultural and rural sectors; focusing on lending to households, cooperatives, and small and medium-sized enterprises in the production, processing, and consumption of agricultural products. In particular, the branch will focus on supporting the development of agricultural value chains, encouraging investment in deep processing, improving quality, innovating designs and packaging, building brands, and promoting products. At the same time, it will create conditions for farmers to access e-commerce and connect their products with domestic and international markets.
