- As the new school year approaches, the Department of Education and Training of Khanh Hoa province has decided that all students will wear the same uniform. The trousers or skirts will be dark blue, and the shirts will be white. Schools are not allowed to create their own uniforms or add accessories of different colors. Schools in the area are also prohibited from sewing or selling uniforms in any form.

- What is the significance of this strict rule?

- The education sector in Khanh Hoa has chosen to prevent excessive fees. With 440,000 students at all levels, many families will face a significant financial burden. When schools overcharge, many families will be overwhelmed and unable to cope. Sharing uniforms means that old clothes can still be reused, even if siblings attend different schools.
