To date, the project has completed the investment in the construction of technical infrastructure including land leveling, transportation, landscaping, water supply and drainage, electricity, and telecommunications. The project has been inspected and approved by the relevant authorities and confirmed as eligible for the transfer of land use rights to people for self-construction of houses according to regulations.
