Many tourists shared their joyful feelings about celebrating Tet (Lunar New Year) and the start of the new year in this ancient capital – a place where sacred spaces blend with beautiful natural landscapes, creating a memorable experience in the early days of the year.

On this occasion, the Thung Ui tourist area officially opened for operation, contributing to diversifying the Trang An tourism ecosystem, reducing congestion at crowded tourist spots; and at the same time, opening up a space for cultural, spiritual, and relaxing tourism amidst pristine nature. The destination recreates the historical values of the Dinh Dynasty and Muong culture, offering visitors the opportunity to both visit and learn about history.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Loan, a tour guide at Thung Ui tourist site, all staff and employees had proactively prepared thoroughly in terms of facilities and personnel to serve tourists. On the first day of the new year, the number of visitors coming to visit and pray for good fortune was quite large.

Ms. Nguyen Minh Nguyet ( from Lao Cai province) said that she felt very happy to be able to visit the ancient capital with her family to admire the scenery and pray at temples at the beginning of the year. The Tet atmosphere here is solemn and warm; the organization and reception were thoughtful, which made her and her family very satisfied.
Directly welcoming the first groups of tourists to arrive in Ninh Binh, Mr. Bui Van Manh, Director of the Provincial Department of Tourism, along with representatives from tourist areas and attractions, presented flowers, gifts of good wishes, and lucky money to the tourists; at the same time, they offered best wishes to the first visitors of the new year and expressed hope that Ninh Binh tourism will continue to receive the acceptance and love of domestic and international tourists.
According to Mr. Bui Van Manh, Director of the Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Tourism, the New Year's welcoming activities are an annual program, demonstrating the industry's determination from the very first days of spring and sending a message to tourists: "Ninh Binh is a safe, friendly, and attractive destination."
Right on the first day of the new year, the province recorded positive growth in visitor numbers at many tourist destinations, especially an increase in international visitors from India and European countries.
