Successfully organized the 14th Party Congress of EVNSPC for the 2026-2030 term.
One of EVNSPC's outstanding achievements in 2025 was the successful organization of the Party Congress of the Corporation for the 2025-2030 term.
The EVNSPC Party Committee has always thoroughly grasped the spirit of the Central Committee's Resolutions and practical requirements; through resolutions and action programs that are highly directional and unified, creating momentum to promote all activities of the entire Corporation.
In 2025, the EVNSPC Party Committee was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the EVN Party Committee for "Outstanding Performance in Completing Tasks".
Ensuring a stable, safe, and reliable power supply.
In 2025, amidst numerous difficulties and challenges, EVNSPC focused on directing and implementing many solutions synchronously and decisively, completing a "dual task": ensuring electricity supply for socio-economic development; and streamlining its organizational structure in accordance with the general directives of the Central Government and EVN.
The total commercial electricity output of the Corporation reached 82.410 billion kWh, an increase of 2.92% compared to the same period last year, following the restructuring after the merger. Electricity supply was ensured to 100% of communes and towns; the number of households with electricity reached 99.87%, of which the number of rural households with electricity reached 99.88%. By the end of 2025, 580 communes will meet Criterion No. 4 on electricity in the new rural development program, reaching 88%.
EVNSPC continues to ensure power supply to coastal and island areas, taking over the operation and management of the 110kV submarine cable supplying power to the Con Dao Special Economic Zone, and fulfilling the task of supplying power to the Truong Sa Special Economic Zone and the DK1 platform.
Marking 50 years of "Building - Developing - Igniting Faith" of EVNSPC (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025)
In 2025, EVNSPC will mark a milestone: half a century of consistently bringing electricity to all corners of Southern Vietnam.
In particular, receiving the Third-Class Labor Medal – a prestigious award from the Party and the State – is a well-deserved recognition for generations who have made proud contributions, enabling EVNSPC to continue to ignite faith and aspirations to contribute to the sustainable development of Southern Vietnam today and in the future.

Exceeding targets in investment and construction work.
In 2025, EVNSPC commenced construction on 1 220kV project and 69 110kV projects, exceeding the initial plan by 4 projects and the adjusted plan assigned by EVN by 2 projects; commissioned 88 110kV projects, exceeding the initial plan by 20 projects and the adjusted plan assigned by EVN by 2 projects; simultaneously completed 13 projects that had been delayed for many years; and completed 623 medium and low voltage power grid projects.
In particular, the Corporation completed the energization of 50 110kV power grid projects before April 30, 2025, achieving a milestone to celebrate the 50th anniversary of EVNSPC's construction and development and the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
The total disbursed value reached VND 16,817 billion, achieving 116% of the initial plan and 102% of the adjusted EVN plan, the highest disbursement level ever; of which net investment capital disbursement reached VND 14,360 billion, achieving 118% of the initial plan and 102% of the adjusted EVN plan.
This significantly contributes to improving the electricity supply capacity to serve socio-economic development and people's lives; further affirming EVNSPC's core role in fulfilling its mission of "Electricity leading the way".
Proactively restructure the organizational structure towards: Streamlined – Effective – Efficient
In accordance with Resolution No. 60-NQ/TW dated April 12, 2025 of the Central Committee and the direction of EVN, EVNSPC has proactively implemented the restructuring and streamlining of its organization and apparatus on a large scale, with a wide scope and urgent progress.
By July 1, 2025, EVNSPC will have completed the restructuring of 19 provincial-level power companies, reducing them to 8 units according to the new administrative boundaries.
Throughout the implementation process, thousands of officials, engineers, and workers simultaneously carried out organizational arrangements and performed the task of operating the power system safely, continuously, and smoothly across the entire area.
Achieve and surpass economic, technical, and financial targets.
In 2025, EVNSPC will continue to make breakthroughs in management and the application of science and technology , thereby completing and exceeding the targets assigned by EVN.
Business operations and customer service continue to be implemented effectively, ensuring transparency and enhancing customer experience with a multi-channel customer care system, 100% online electricity services at level 4, cashless payments, etc.
EVNSPC overcame all difficulties and challenges, achieving and exceeding technical targets.
Rapid repairs to the 110kV underwater cable line restore power supply to Phu Quoc Special Economic Zone.
In late November 2025, an unforeseen incident occurred on the 110kV Ha Tien – Phu Quoc underground cable line, disrupting the power supply to the Phu Quoc Special Economic Zone. EVNSPC immediately commenced construction of the overhead 110kV line. After just 5 days of rapid construction, the line was successfully connected and energized, fully restoring power supply to Phu Quoc, ahead of schedule.
Implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in national science , technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
In 2025, EVNSPC will accelerate the application of science and technology and digital transformation in all production and business activities. In particular, the Corporation made a strong impression at the 2025 National Power Science and Technology Conference with achievements such as: applying BIM in the design, construction, and operation of 110-220kV projects; the Scan to BIM solution for recreating virtual models of entire projects, supporting smart repair, maintenance, and operation; a remote control device for hotline insulation cleaning; using AI to analyze partial discharge signals; and a solution for forecasting electricity load in the Southern region of Vietnam using the SARIMAX Rolling Model combined with exogenous variables...
During the year, 117 initiatives at the Corporation level were recognized, notably 5 initiatives at the EVN level, and 1 project at the EVN level was completed and accepted.
Nearly 60 billion VND was spent on social welfare activities.
The corporation allocated nearly 19 billion VND from not holding a celebration for its 50th anniversary to support the construction of 315 houses for the poor in southern provinces and cities, in response to the government's program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses; at the same time, it mobilized more than 30 billion VND from social resources to build 500 new houses for disadvantaged families.
Employees of the entire corporation also contributed more than 10 billion VND to support people affected by natural disasters, along with tens of thousands of gifts given to the poor and families entitled to preferential policies during holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year)...
In 2025, EVNSPC will support the construction of hundreds of houses for families facing housing difficulties.
Taking care of the lives of workers.
Recognizing employees as its most valuable asset, in 2025, EVNSPC will continue to implement many practical policies and activities in a coordinated manner, becoming a solid support for more than 17,000 cadres and employees. These include housing support, visits and encouragement during holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year), and Workers' Month, as well as timely assistance when employees face difficulties, natural disasters, or work in remote areas.
Through regular dialogue programs and Employee Conferences, the voice of each employee is always heard and respected, thereby helping EVNSPC build a stable, dedicated workforce ready to overcome all difficulties, committed to and contributing to the sustainable development of the "common home of EVNSPC".
