FPT and Phu Tai JSC accelerate digitalization with a new type of ERP Cloud model.

Phu Tai Joint Stock Company (Phu Tai), in collaboration with FPT Group, organized a ceremony to announce its comprehensive digital transformation strategy and launch the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud deployment project at 7 key member units in the stone and wood sectors.

This is the largest ERP Cloud project in Vietnam's materials manufacturing industry, marking a significant step forward for Phu Tai in creating a centralized, modern, data-driven management model, accelerating business development in a globally competitive environment, and affirming its ability to access globally standardized management solutions for many medium-sized enterprises using a new deployment model.

Building on the success of the pilot implementation of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud system at Phutai Quartz – a leading exporter of quartz stone – Phutai decided to roll it out simultaneously to seven more units, covering key business modules: finance and accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory management, production, quality management, and electronic invoicing integration.

The large-scale deployment of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is a milestone demonstrating Phu Tai's commitment to building a unified, modern management platform – in the context of Vietnam's stone and wood industry facing a series of challenges such as increasingly stringent international standards, fluctuating raw material costs, pressure for data transparency from export markets, and fierce competition from regional manufacturers.
