FPT acquires 100% ownership of Next Advanced Communications of Japan.

FPT Group announced the acquisition of 100% of Next Advanced Communications NAC Co., Ltd. (NAC), a Japanese IT services company, doubling its customer base and service portfolio and strengthening its position in this market. This also marks FPT's first M&A transaction in Japan.

This acquisition aligns with FPT's global expansion strategy and allows the company to leverage NAC's experienced and highly skilled workforce in strategic consulting, structural design, technology system planning, design, development, and operation. NAC also boasts a team of nearly 300 high-quality engineers, many of whom are among the world's top 40 in Salesforce, CRM, and other related fields.
