On the morning of July 16th, Vietnam ETE & Greenergy Expo 2025 – an international exhibition on electrical technology, equipment, and energy-saving and green energy products – opened in Ho Chi Minh City, bringing together over 500 leading businesses from industrially developed countries such as the US, Germany, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore. GELEX Electric also participated and made its mark with its ecosystem of high-efficiency, environmentally friendly electrical and energy products.

Technology for people and the environment
The highlight of the GELEX Electric booth is its focus on green future products. Notable examples include CADIVI's FRT/FLT and FRT-LSHF power cables – a product line with self-extinguishing capabilities, reduced toxic smoke, halogen-free properties, RoHS compliance, and certification from the Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC).
CADIVI electrical cables have been used in many key projects and have conquered the international market.
THIBIDI offers a line of high-capacity 1,600kVA dry-type transformers, meeting ASTA (UK) standards, notable for their stable operation at -25°C, suitable for the harshest environments. The dry-type design allows for easy installation in high-rise buildings, underground structures, food processing plants, and ships, while simplifying maintenance thanks to durable, moisture-resistant molded windings.
THIBIDI dry-type transformers operate safely, flexibly, and are ready for all terrain conditions.
Meanwhile, EMIC Electrical Metering Equipment Joint Stock Company introduced the AMI smart electronic meter solution, including single-phase and three-phase meters, capable of real-time data collection, bidirectional communication, electricity fraud detection, prepaid features, and easy integration into smart grid systems. In addition, EMIC also offers compact, low-power, high-accuracy, and durable LPVT/LPCT metering devices.
Another product line on display that attracted visitors' attention was the high-performance copper rod and wire from Vietnam Copper Wire Company CFT, a member of GELEX Electric, available in various sizes (8mm, 12.5mm, 16mm rods and 2.6mm wires), effectively serving the electrical cable, automotive component, and metal packaging industries.
