* Coffee prices in the Central Highlands provinces have fallen sharply today. The average purchase price for coffee in key areas is currently 121,300 VND/kg.
Specifically, today's coffee prices in Dak Lak are 121,300 VND/kg; in Lam Dong, 120,500 VND/kg; in Gia Lai, 121,000 VND/kg; and in Dak Nong, 121,500 VND/kg.
International coffee prices on the London exchange today, at 10:00 AM on September 3rd, saw Robusta coffee prices close slightly lower than the previous trading session, fluctuating between 4380 and 4827 USD/ton.
Specifically, the delivery price for September 2025 is 4827 USD/ton; the delivery price for November 2025 is 46036 USD/ton; the delivery price for January 2026 is 4503 USD/ton, for March 2026 is 4430 USD/ton and for May 2026 is 4380 USD/ton.
Arabica coffee prices on the New York exchange on the morning of September 3rd showed mixed movements compared to the previous trading session, fluctuating between 335.45 and 396.85 cents/lb. Specifically, the September 2025 delivery contract was 396.85 cents/lb; the December 2025 contract was 367.85 cents/lb; the March 2026 contract was 355.70 cents/lb; the May 2026 contract was 346.05 cents/lb; and the July 2026 contract was 335.45 cents/lb.
At the close of trading, Brazilian Arabica coffee prices fell slightly compared to yesterday's session, fluctuating between $457.35 and $493.45 per ton. The recorded prices were as follows: September 2025 delivery at $493.45 per ton; December 2025 delivery at $466.65 per ton; March 2026 delivery at $470.15 per ton; and May 2026 delivery at $457.35 per ton.

* Domestic pepper prices rose sharply today compared to yesterday's trading session. Currently, the average purchase price of pepper in key producing areas is 153,400 VND/kg.
Specifically, today's pepper prices in Gia Lai , Ba Ria - Vung Tau, and Binh Phuoc increased sharply compared to the previous trading session, with current pepper purchase prices at 153,000 VND/kg in these localities; and 154,000 VND/kg in Dak Lak and Dak Nong.
The latest update on world pepper prices from the International Pepper Association (IPC) at 5:00 AM on September 3rd is as follows: The pepper market remains stable compared to previous trading sessions.
Specifically, IPC lists the price of Indonesian Lampung black pepper at $7,216 per ton; similarly, Muntok white pepper is currently being purchased at $10,028 per ton.
The Malaysian pepper market is stable, with Malaysian ASTA black pepper currently being purchased at US$9,700/ton and ASTA white pepper at US$12,900/ton.
Pepper prices in Brazil remained unchanged from the previous trading session, with current purchase prices at $6,400 per ton.
The Vietnamese pepper market remains stable. Currently, the export price of Vietnamese black pepper is at US$6,240/ton for the 500g/l grade; US$6,370/ton for the 550g/l grade; and the price of white pepper is at US$9,150/ton.
