World gold prices
As of 6:00 AM on June 23rd (Vietnam time), the spot price of gold in the world market was $4,191 per ounce, an increase of approximately $35 compared to yesterday.
The recovery in gold prices was primarily driven by the sharp drop in crude oil prices following positive news regarding US-Iran negotiations. However, after last week's Federal Reserve meeting, US bond yields and the strength of the US dollar continue to put pressure on the precious metal.
Analysts believe that today's gold price is supported by falling oil prices and lingering geopolitical instability, but this support is not yet strong enough to overcome pressure from interest rates.
Investors are closely monitoring developments in the US-Iran negotiations as well as upcoming economic data to assess the future trend of gold prices.
