Gasoline and diesel prices on October 31st

Gasoline prices rise close to 20,500 VND per liter. Gasoline and diesel prices increased by 540-1,320 VND per liter/kilogram from 3 PM on October 30, 2025, following adjustments by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance. RON 95-III gasoline (the most common type on the market) increased by 760 VND to 20,480 VND per liter, while E5 RON 92 increased by 710 VND to 19,760 VND.

Similarly, diesel and kerosene both increased by 540-1,320 VND per liter compared to 7 days ago, reaching 19,200 and 19,270 VND respectively. Mazut increased by 540 VND per kilogram, to 14,630 VND.
