Restoring sight to premature babies.

Born prematurely at 26 weeks, weighing only 900 grams, this 3-week-old baby girl was diagnosed by doctors at Dak Lak General Hospital as being at risk of blindness due to prematurity. She was admitted to the Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) Center at Children's Hospital 1 in Ho Chi Minh City for treatment. She is one of dozens of premature babies currently receiving treatment for retinopathy.
