Culinary cultural exchange

As part of the 9th "Talent Showcase" Festival for Children's Palaces, Houses, and Youth Activity Centers in the Southern region in 2025 in Dak Lak, a special culinary exchange event took place on the evening of May 20th at the Dak Lak Provincial Youth Cultural Center.

The participating units organized displays and introduced culinary products and ready-to-eat foods from various provinces and cities, creating a colorful and distinctive food festival showcasing the unique characteristics of the units participating in this year's festival.

Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, Tran Doan Toi; Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union, Head of the Organizing Committee of the H'Giang Niê Festival, visited and took commemorative photos at the food stalls.

Here, delegates had the opportunity to enjoy specialties from various provinces and cities. This was not only an occasion to introduce local specialties but also a place to connect and contribute to spreading the cultural values ​​of regional cuisine. Through this, a vibrant and lively atmosphere was created, strengthening solidarity and leaving a positive impression on each delegate attending the festival.

The team traveled to Binh Phuoc province – known as the "cashew capital" of Vietnam – bringing with them a variety of culinary delights made from cashews.

The unit comes from Dong Thap province with signature products such as: spring rolls, lotus seeds, pork skin...

The delegates enjoyed sun-dried beef with yellow ant salt dip, brought from Gia Lai province.

Ben Tre province is known for its distinctive products made from coconuts.

Dong Nai province and its products made from pomelo.

The unit from Binh Duong province prepared mixed rice paper salad for delegates attending the festival to enjoy.
