Cultural and culinary exchange

The units organized exhibitions and introduced culinary products and processed foods of the provinces and cities, creating a colorful and unique culinary festival of the units participating in this Festival.

Deputy Head of Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Tran Doan Toi; Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union, Head of H'Giang Nie Festival Organizing Committee visited and took souvenir photos at food booths.

Here, the delegates had the opportunity to enjoy specialties from the provinces and cities. This was not only an opportunity to introduce local specialties but also a place to connect and contribute to spreading the value of regional culinary culture. Thereby creating a bustling, exciting atmosphere, tightening solidarity and leaving a good impression in the hearts of each delegate attending the Festival.

The unit came to Binh Phuoc province - known as the "cashew capital" of Vietnam, offering a variety of culinary dishes made from cashew nuts.

The unit comes from Dong Thap province with typical products such as: spring rolls, lotus seeds, pork skin...

Delegates enjoyed sun-dried beef with yellow ant salt from Gia Lai province.

Ben Tre province with typical products from coconut.

Dong Nai province with grapefruit products.
