To commemorate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Japan and Vietnam, as part of Phase 3 of the themed communication project, the Japanese organizing committee for the 50th anniversary celebration is launching the first part of the historical comic book "Princess Anio" (electronic version).

This is a work by famous Japanese manga artist Higashimura Akiko based on the original work from the opera Princess Anio. The second part of the book (electronic version) will be released on July 7. In addition, the book will also be released in paper form, expected to be distributed free of charge to localities and educational institutions in Japan and Vietnam.

In addition, the booth showcasing the comic book Princess Anio was featured at the VIETNAM - JAPAN COMIC FES 2023 (the largest Vietnamese-Japanese comic and animation event with copyright ownership in Vietnam) at the Nguyen Du Gymnasium in Ho Chi Minh City from June 23rd to 25th.
