Maintain the momentum of reform and create breakthroughs for sustainable development.

After one year of implementing the Government's Action Program to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, five years of implementing the overall administrative reform program, and four years of implementing Project 06, An Giang has achieved many outstanding results, clearly demonstrating political determination and creativity in organizing and implementing the key tasks of the Party and the State.

By December 12, 2025, An Giang had completed 121 out of 133 tasks with deadlines, achieving 91.67%, higher than the average of many localities nationwide. The province has completed 100% of the tasks according to Plan No. 02-KH/BCĐTW of the Central Steering Committee, demonstrating proactiveness and decisiveness in implementing the Central Government's directives. This achievement not only reflects the leadership and management capabilities of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee but also serves as proof of the synchronized coordination among agencies and organizations in implementing the key tasks of the Party and the State.

In the field of administrative reform, An Giang has reduced and simplified administrative procedures and shortened processing times by an average of 30%. The province achieved 94.62 points in the index assessing the quality of service to citizens and businesses, ranking excellent and 4th out of 34 provinces and cities, a proud achievement. Achieving this result was not easy, as many provinces and cities nationwide still face cumbersome administrative procedures and lengthy processing times.

In addition, An Giang has successfully implemented more than 2,100 administrative procedures and integrated more than 1,000 online public services onto the National Public Service Portal. The issuance of nearly 3.9 million identity cards and over 3.6 million electronic identification accounts has brought significant benefits to the province's residents. Simultaneously, the province has connected data in healthcare, education , aviation, and fishing vessel management, contributing to improved efficiency in management and public service.

Despite achieving many impressive results, I believe the province needs to continue focusing on investing in digital infrastructure, improving the quality of human resources, and promoting in-depth administrative reforms. These are key factors in maintaining achievements and creating new breakthroughs in the future.

First and foremost, we must continue to closely adhere to the leadership of the Party and Government , especially the leadership role of Party committees at all levels and their leaders in decisively directing and implementing the tasks outlined in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW in a coordinated manner. We must focus on building flexible and practical institutions and policies, while also emphasizing coordination among relevant agencies to ensure timely and high-quality implementation.

Digital infrastructure needs to be invested in comprehensively, ensuring effective connectivity and data sharing across industries and sectors. Simultaneously, emphasis must be placed on information security and safety in the context of increasing cyberattack risks.

High-quality human resources play a decisive role in digital transformation. Therefore, the province needs to continue training and developing a team of officials and civil servants with sufficient capacity to operate and utilize digital platforms. Along with that, expand online training programs to improve digital awareness and skills for the people.

Administrative procedures reform needs to be further accelerated to reduce bureaucracy and create maximum convenience for citizens and businesses. In addition, public awareness campaigns need to be strengthened so that citizens and businesses understand the benefits of digital transformation and actively participate in it, increasing the application of science and technology in production and business.

The participation of businesses also plays a crucial role in promoting rapid and sustainable digital transformation. Therefore, the province continues to focus on implementing programs to support businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, in adopting digital technologies, thereby creating momentum for the development of the digital economy.

Investing in science, technology, and digital transformation is not only an immediate requirement but also a long-term strategic task for An Giang to advance further on the path of sustainable development, improve the quality of life for its people, and promote the province's economy to grow even stronger. In the coming period, every official and Party member, especially leaders, needs to continue setting an example, innovating their thinking, acting decisively, and using the effectiveness of serving the people as the measure of success. When responsibilities are fulfilled to the end, An Giang will maintain its reform momentum and create breakthroughs in sustainable development.
