| Dang Viet Trinh goes on a site visit. |
Few would guess that this seemingly gentle girl is actually in charge of communications for large-scale projects and constructions in the real estate and construction sectors.
Trinh's writing journey began very early. From the 6th and 7th grades, she contributed her first articles to the Thiếu niên tiền phong (Young Pioneers) and Nhi đồng (Children's) newspapers. Her love of writing, interest in social issues, and habit of observing life stayed with her for many years; those early writings laid the foundation for her later career in professional media.
From her university years, Dang Viet Trinh earned the trust of her teachers and friends for her sense of responsibility and seriousness in her studies. Serving as class president for many years, she graduated as the second-highest scoring student in the entire university and earned numerous scholarships and certificates of merit. Behind these achievements lies the perseverance and discipline she maintains in her work and life to this day.
Sharing about her current job, Dang Viet Trinh said she is working as a communications manager at a company operating in the real estate and construction sector. Her work is not only connected to the company's brand but also involves accompanying large-scale projects from the implementation and construction phases to the operational phase.
From strategic communication planning and PR campaign implementation to media relations management, event organization, and crisis management, each task demands keen insight, the ability to connect with multiple stakeholders, and strategic thinking in a constantly evolving field. For Trinh, communication is not simply about telling positive stories about the business, but also about building trust, protecting brand reputation, and supporting the sustainable development of the organization.
“Every workday is quite busy and stressful. There are times when I almost have to constantly speed up to react and handle unexpected situations. The nature of the communications profession is that things don't always go according to plan. A small incident can lead to many problems that need to be solved immediately, requiring those in the profession to always remain calm, flexible, and highly adaptable,” Trinh shared.

| This young woman in her 20s is still passionate about cooking and taking music lessons. |
In her efforts to prove herself and contribute, this young woman from the 90s generation has to strive and overcome many of her own limitations. However, the most important thing Trinh still chooses to retain is the inherent qualities of a woman from Hue .
Maintaining a balanced and emotionally rich lifestyle, Trinh chooses to cherish and nurture traditional feminine values. One of these is warm, delicious home-cooked meals. The kitchen has become her primary space for "nurturing" and caring for those around her. For her, a meal is not just about the combination of ingredients, but also about showing her concern for those around her. Trinh is meticulous in adjusting the flavors and quantities of food to suit the needs of each family member and friend.
Trinh recounted: “Born in the ancient capital of Hue, I really love traditional Vietnamese dishes. Later, I moved from Hue to Ho Chi Minh City and worked in a high-pressure environment, so my time gradually became limited. Even so, I always make time to cook the most delicious home-cooked meals for my loved ones.”
Trinh said, "I'm always passionate and dedicated to my professional work, but deep down, I'm still a family woman. For me, the moment of returning home, being in my own space, and living true to my feminine values is incredibly precious. That's how I balance myself to continue pursuing my work, building my life, and maintaining peace of mind."
Besides her passion and talent for cooking, after work, Trinh also maintains the habit of arranging flowers, writing, and taking courses to learn about musical instruments as a way to balance and "heal" after a long, stressful day in the busy city.
