Recognizing that many youth union members are studying or working far from home, making it difficult to maintain traditional activities, Ms. Trinh innovated the methods of gathering young people, building models that are close to and suitable for the needs of young people, including the "Youth Coffee Corner" model, which was launched at the end of May 2026. "The model was created with the desire to build a friendly meeting place where young people can meet and exchange ideas about studying, working, starting businesses, digital transformation, or contributing ideas to the local community. From there, the Youth Union can listen to the thoughts and aspirations of young people to have more appropriate activities," Ms. Trinh said.

Ms. Trinh also regularly visits local communities, meets with youth union members, understands their concerns, and proactively connects with social resources to implement meaningful programs.
