Not only taking care of and developing the family economy , Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Nguyen (Hoa Phu commune, Chau Thanh district, Long An province) is also known as a person who lives in harmony and actively participates in local charity movements. She shares, learns and follows Uncle Ho's example of loving people, she wants to help those in difficult circumstances, seeing them happy, she is also happy.

Besides trading, over the past 15 years, she has actively participated in local activities, including 11 years as the Head of the Farmers' Association of Hamlet and 4 years with the Women's Association of Hamlet 1.

Since the beginning of 2025, Ms. Nguyen has mobilized and donated 20 million VND to 2 households in difficult circumstances with serious illnesses.

“Over the past few years, I have traveled and come into contact with many difficult situations, so I sympathize and hope to do something to help them. I know that I cannot support many situations with my own strength, so I work with philanthropists to mobilize and call for support from many people. Whenever I connect with a philanthropist, I only play the role of a “bridge” and do not directly receive money to create trust for the sponsors. For each case in need of help, I reflect truthfully and objectively, and the philanthropist will directly support the family. Currently, I am mobilizing to build a loving home for a family in difficult circumstances in the commune,” Ms. Nguyen shared.

In order for the funds to be given to the right recipients, in each situation, Ms. Nguyen often conducts a field survey with the local authorities, then sends all the information to the benefactors and the benefactors will directly transfer the funds to the families. Because of her dedication, responsibility and transparency in the work process, Ms. Nguyen always receives the trust of the benefactors.

Not only stopping at mobilizing funds to help people in difficult circumstances, her journey of love is also spread when she actively participates in activities to give away free meals on the 14th day of the lunar calendar every month at Hoa Phu market area.

With meaningful work, Ms. Nguyen contributes to the local government, Fatherland Front, and organizations to do a good job of social security , taking care of the poor and people in difficult circumstances, helping them to rise up in life.
