Le Hiep Nguyen is currently a fourth-year student in class DH23TH3, Faculty of Information Technology. With the confidence of a young person, Nguyen has not only proven himself through an impressive academic record but has also become a passionate leader of the Youth Union and Student Association. Currently, he holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of the Faculty of Information Technology and Secretary of the Youth Union branch of class DH23TH3.
In his studies, Hiep Nguyen consistently strives for excellence, achieving a near-perfect GPA of 9.8/10 (excellent) and a perfect 100/100 in his training. In his field of information technology, he has achieved numerous successes in international competitions, including first prize in the Mekong Delta region and an honorable mention in the national finals of the World Office Computing Championship - Viettel 2025 (MOSWC). "My learning method is to proactively study theory before attending lectures and persistently hone my algorithmic thinking skills to become more proficient in my specialized subjects," Hiep Nguyen shared.
Not only is Hiep Nguyen excellent in academics, but he is also an exemplary Youth Union officer with a high sense of responsibility. He participates in many meaningful programs, most notably the "Journey to the Red Address" activity at the Xeo Quit historical site to spread patriotism and understanding of Vietnamese history among students. Using his professional knowledge, he has effectively applied IT tools to the administrative and communication work of the Faculty's Youth Union, and he clearly understands the importance of digital transformation in mobilizing and managing young people today.
With his comprehensive contributions, Hiep Nguyen has achieved many titles such as "Outstanding Student" at the school level in 2024, "Advanced Youth in Studying and Following the Ideology, Morality, and Style of Ho Chi Minh" of An Giang province for the period 2023-2025, and the outstanding January Star Award at the school level. "The January Star Award at the central level in 2025 is a great honor, a motivation for me to continue contributing my youthful energy and professional skills in the digital age, while maintaining the political integrity of a young Party member," Hiep Nguyen affirmed.

Le Quoc Khanh, a student in the Faculty of Education, is known by his teachers and friends as a "keeper of the flame" of history with an admirable record of achievements. As the President of the Student Union and a member of the Standing Committee of the Youth Union of An Giang University, Quoc Khanh chooses not to "command" but to "set an example."
With a perfect 100/100 conduct score, this affirms the tireless efforts in cultivating the ethics and style of this student leader. Quoc Khanh also earns admiration for his outstanding academic achievements: a GPA of 9.2/10 (equivalent to 3.92/4.0). This history student has already demonstrated the mindset of a young scientist, possessing an excellent research topic and numerous papers presented at provincial-level scientific conferences. “Instead of viewing classroom learning and history research as two parallel paths, I have integrated them into one. For each course, I usually choose essay topics or major assignments that can be expanded into scientific papers. This approach helps me achieve high grades in class while having a high-quality ‘draft’ ready to upgrade into a conference paper without spending twice as much time,” Quoc Khanh explained.
The application of technologies such as Zotero, Mendeley, and Zetellasten software has helped Khanh manage a massive volume of data scientifically, saving time while ensuring accuracy. Khanh believes that cultivating morality is building a mental "immune system" to avoid being swept away by harmful trends on social media. For Khanh, empathy and love for humanity are the sharpest "weapons" a teacher can use against the encroachment of artificial intelligence (AI).
This education student is nurturing a project to promote the culture and history of An Giang province through digital platforms. From transforming historical data into infographics and short videos on TikTok/Instagram to proposing a QR code system for historical sites in the province, Quoc Khanh is not simply studying and enriching his own knowledge. He is striving to use his knowledge and technology to put his hometown on the world map of humanities research.
Tran Trung Quoc, Secretary of the Youth Union of An Giang University, noted that Le Hiep Nguyen and Le Quoc Khanh have consistently maintained excellent academic achievements, enthusiastically participated in Youth Union and Student Association activities, and embarked on the challenging path of scientific research. In the future, the Youth Union will continue to focus on nurturing outstanding individuals with both dedication and vision to create a strong successor generation for the university's "5 Good Students" movement.
