On March 15th, the "National Day of Reunion," voters across the country will exercise their civic rights, casting their ballots to elect representatives to the 16th National Assembly and representatives to People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
According to Tuoi Tre Online 's observations on March 12th, in the Ba Dinh Square area, Hoan Kiem Lake, government offices, parks, train stations, etc., symbols welcoming the election day for the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term were solemnly displayed.
At polling stations in Hanoi, local authorities have reportedly completed the posting of voter lists and lists, along with brief biographies, of candidates.
At the same time, lists of candidates are also posted on bulletin boards and social media pages so that voters can learn about and consider them before choosing someone who is "virtuous and capable."

In addition, many localities have focused on propaganda activities and organizing decorations and preparing facilities at polling stations to facilitate voter participation.
At 8 Cha Ca Street (Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi), formerly an old school site, the Ward People's Committee has mobilized the Youth Union and local residents to clean up, transport waste, sweep, and sanitize the area in preparation for election day.
To date, the basic preparations have been completed, and we are ready to welcome voters to cast their ballots.
"We have distributed voter cards to every household, and at the same time, we have disseminated information to ensure that people are well-informed about the candidates and participate fully in the election."
"Our greatest wish is that the election day will be a great success, and that voters will choose representatives who are virtuous and talented enough to contribute to the development of the country," said Mr. Nguyen Duy Trinh, head of polling station No. 21.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Bao (74 years old, Hoan Kiem ward, Hanoi), a member of the election committee at polling station No. 5 on Lan Ong street, shared: "These days, we take turns on duty at the polling station to distribute voter cards to residents of the neighborhoods, and at the same time guide people to understand the voter list, the candidate list and the regulations of the Election Law."
The polling station staff are divided into shifts from morning to afternoon to provide timely assistance when people need it.
For me, participating in the election is both a responsibility and a source of pride as a citizen. I hope that all voters will participate fully, exercising their rights and fulfilling their obligations so that election day will be a great success."
