A 70-year journey

On April 10, 2026, Petrolimex Hanoi One-Member Limited Company (Petrolimex Hanoi/the Company) solemnly celebrated its 70th anniversary (April 13, 1956 – April 13, 2026). This is an important event, marking seven decades of formation, development, and the Company's continuous contributions to ensuring energy security and socio-economic development of the Capital City.

Mr. Truong Viet Dung, Member of the Hanoi City Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Hanoi City People's Committee, presented a certificate of commendation from the Chairman of the Hanoi City People's Committee and flowers to congratulate Petrolimex Hanoi.

Party Secretary and Chairman of the Company, Vu Quang Tuan, donated 5 billion VND to the "Fund for the Poor" of Hanoi City.

Overview of the ceremony

The ceremony was attended by representatives from the Vietnam Fatherland Front , the Hanoi People's Committee, leaders of various departments and agencies, leaders of the Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex/Group), companies/corporations within Petrolimex, esteemed partners and customers; former leaders of the Group, leaders of the Company from various periods, and employees of the Company.

Established on April 13, 1956, Petrolimex Hanoi has traversed a long and proud journey. From the difficult early days of peacetime in the North, through the years of fierce war, to the period of reform and integration, the company has always played a leading role in stabilizing the market and ensuring energy security in the capital city.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Truong Viet Dung, Member of the Hanoi City Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, warmly praised the achievements that Petrolimex Hanoi has made over the past 70 years. Mr. Truong Viet Dung emphasized that the company has always successfully fulfilled its mission of ensuring energy security and contributing to the socio-economic stability of Hanoi in all situations.

In the solemn atmosphere of the ceremony, Petrolimex Hanoi was honored to receive a Certificate of Commendation from the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee for its outstanding contributions to ensuring the supply of petroleum products, contributing to the economic and social development of the Capital. This prestigious award not only recognizes the company's leading role in the petroleum market but also expresses gratitude for the dedication of generations of Petrolimex Hanoi employees throughout the years.

At the ceremony, the Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Petrolimex, Pham Van Thanh, affirmed that Petrolimex Hanoi has always been one of the leading companies and a core unit in the Group's ecosystem. The Group expects that in the coming period, the company will continue to be a pioneer in modernizing infrastructure, promoting digital transformation, and improving customer service quality to maintain Petrolimex's brand reputation in the market.

On behalf of all employees, Mr. Vu Quang Tuan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Petrolimex Hanoi Co., Ltd., expressed his deep gratitude for the close attention and guidance of the City and Group leaders throughout the company's development journey. "The past 70 years have laid a solid foundation for Petrolimex Hanoi to confidently enter a new phase. We are committed to continuing to unite, innovate, and create, taking customer satisfaction as our guiding principle and responsibility to the community as our core value." These commitments were realized at the ceremony through the donation of five billion VND to the "Fund for the Poor" of Hanoi City.
