For Quân, working with senior figures he admires is an honor. They race against time while maintaining their unique styles. The high intensity of work is also an invaluable experience for Quân to enrich his stage experience. When the audience enthusiastically watches and praises the performances he choreographs, Quân is even more inspired to create.

Quân's passion for dancing came naturally. As a child, he loved watching Michael Jackson and dancing along. His family recognized his talent and enrolled him in a dance club. Success came early, and what further endeared him to fans was his humility and thirst for knowledge. "From the ages of 12 to 22, I constantly trained and challenged myself through major competitions. I felt I was still too young to face the pressure of fame or to define my own path, so after each competition, putting aside achievements to continue my studies was essential," Quân confided. He believes that a solid foundation of education helps young people gain deeper knowledge, develop discipline and perseverance, and view life from multiple perspectives. Quân's learning isn't limited to books; it also comes from his work, life experiences, and the older generation. Convinced he's not yet a star, Quân strives to spread his passion and knowledge to more people, especially young people.
Dang Quan is consciously striving to improve himself.
Winning the championship three times at Vietnam's Got Talents, So You Think You Can Dance, and Street Dance Vietnam were important milestones that fueled Quân's motivation to continue striving for greater heights. In addition, his happy family life further helped him mature and become stronger.
Alongside his work as a choreographer, Quân also wants to excel as a performing artist. He aspires to deliver performances that are genuine, serious, and profound. "Enjoying dance is not just about visual satisfaction, but also about creating an emotional connection between the dancer and the audience," Quân emphasizes.
