Since its establishment in 2009, with the vision of becoming a leading enterprise, Ngan Tin Group has continuously strived and achieved many significant accomplishments.

The group has diversified its business activities, focusing on key areas such as real estate, green energy, port and warehouse operations, and petroleum trading. With the goal of becoming a billion-dollar enterprise and listing on international stock exchanges, Ngan Tin Group is gradually realizing its ambitions.

To date, after 15 years of establishment, Ngan Tin Group has built a strong ecosystem, developing in terms of scale, organizational structure, financial capacity, investment capacity, and establishing many member units within the ecosystem, including TDG Global Company, which is listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HoSE: TDG).

In 2024, amidst a challenging and volatile global situation, Ngan Tin Group faced numerous difficulties such as a lack of resources, capital, and modern technology. However, with the tireless efforts of the Group's leadership and all its employees, along with the maximum support from the Government, Ngan Tin Group has continuously strived for development in its business areas. Specifically, in the petroleum business, the Group has expanded its market share in provinces and cities nationwide. Currently, the Group has 70 petroleum dealerships across the country.

In the real estate sector, alongside the implementation of resort real estate projects such as: the Dong Xoai I Industrial Park Residential Area Project (Binh Phuoc province); the Bai Xep International Beach Resort Project (Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province); the Nhon Hoi Residential Area Project (Point 3, Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province); the Ky Co - Tay Nam Nhon Ly Urban Area Project (Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province); the Nguyen Trong Hop Urban Area (in Go Cong city, Tien Giang province)...

In addition, the Group has been completing investment procedures for projects such as the Hai Dong Industrial Cluster (Nam Dinh province), urban areas in Long An, Ben Tre, and Nhon Trach ( Dong Nai province)... Notably, the Group has strengthened cooperation with domestic and foreign businesses and reputable banks to strongly promote the logistics and green energy business sectors.

2024 was a challenging year for the economy in general, and for the business community and Ngan Tin Group in particular. However, with flexible management and the unity of all employees, the Group overcame difficulties and achieved a revenue of 400 million USD. This achievement not only affirms the sustainability of the business model but also demonstrates the Group's ability to adapt quickly to market fluctuations.

Alongside its business development, Ngan Tin Group has always paid special attention to fulfilling its mission for the community, with the motto of "business serving society".

Accordingly, every year, the Group plans and implements a series of social welfare programs such as providing funding for the construction of charitable houses for the poor and war veterans in provinces and cities such as Ben Tre, Tien Giang, Binh Phuoc, Tuyen Quang, and Nam Dinh; commencing the construction of a community bridge for people in Duc Hoa Ha commune, Duc Hoa district, Long An province; building a community bridge for poor people in Ben Tre; donating gifts to students and poor people in Dien Bien Phu city (Dien Bien province); supporting people in the North affected by storms and floods… In the period of 2023-2024, Ngan Tin Group supported social welfare programs nationwide with a total amount of approximately 20 billion VND.
