On the afternoon of December 21st, the third edition of the regular music program "Melodies Connecting Love," themed "Singing the Military March Forever," organized by Military Hospital 175 , delivered a meaningful spiritual gift to patients, doctors, nurses, and staff working at Military Hospital 175 and other units in the military.
The third edition of "Melodies Connecting Love," themed "Singing the Marching Song Forever," was held at the dome stage of Military Hospital 175. It was co-organized by the Communications and Marketing Department, the Political Department, the Orthopedic and Trauma Institute, the Social Work Department, the Propaganda and Training Department, and the Mass Organization Department of Military Hospital 175.
The program aims to bring music closer to patients and their families who are battling illness day and night, giving them motivation, spirit, and a sense of victory over the disease. It also helps doctors and nurses at Military Hospital 175 to alleviate fatigue and stress, become happier, and thus better serve patients.
The program "Singing the Military March Forever" joins the atmosphere of the entire Party, people, and army striving to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2023) and the 34th anniversary of National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2023). This is an opportunity to recall and be proud of the glorious traditions of the Vietnam People's Army in the cause of national liberation and defense of the Fatherland.
The third edition of the music program "Melodies Connecting Love" also showcased the new 2024 uniform collection of Military Hospital 175 through a fashion show performed by the hospital's doctors and nurses.
In particular, this program features guest singer Nguyen Phi Hung, who will deliver vibrant and heroic songs and performances that evoke national pride.
Colonel, Associate Professor, Dr. Truong Dinh Cam – Deputy Director of Military Hospital 175, said, “ This program is a special tribute to the soldiers, military doctors, and patients currently being treated at Military Hospital 175 who are now working in military units. With the goal of focusing on patients and medical staff, I hope that music in general, and the music from this program in particular, can help patients be more optimistic and cheerful, giving them strength to fight and overcome their illnesses .”
Patient Phan VT, from the 15th Brigade, currently receiving treatment at the Upper Extremity Department of the Orthopedic and Trauma Institute, said this was his second time watching the "Melodies of Connecting Love" program. He felt empowered to overcome his illness. " Although it's just a program for patients, I think the organizers put a lot of effort into the performances, and they were very meaningful. Not only that, all participating patients received gifts to take home. Today, there were even famous artists participating, so I and the other patients felt very cared for and had more motivation to focus on our treatment here ," patient VT added.
The third edition of "Melodies of Love" concluded successfully, leaving unforgettable memories for the participating artists, doctors, and nurses, as well as the patients receiving treatment at the hospital. Through this program, the 175 Military Hospital also demonstrated its commitment to continuously improving the quality of service and patient care.
