At approximately 6:50 AM, the Thang Binh Traffic Police Station task force ( Da Nang City Police Traffic Department) led by Captain Nguyen Van Dinh received information from the Thang An Commune Police that Nguyen Thi T. had mistakenly arrived at the wrong examination center. At this time, the registration period was approaching, and the distance from where she was located to the official examination center was quite far. The task force used a specialized vehicle to transport the candidate nearly 30km from Nguyen Thai Binh High School (Thang An Commune) to Nguyen Du Secondary School (Ban Thach Ward). By approximately 7:20 AM, Ms. T. had arrived at the examination center, completed the registration procedures, and participated in the exam as scheduled.

At the exam site at Mac Dinh Chi High School (Chu Pah commune, Gia Lai province), candidate Vu Thu Trang forgot her exam notification slip at home.
The Chư Păh commune police, in coordination with Traffic Police Team No. 2 (Gia Lai Provincial Police Traffic Department), took Thu Trang home to retrieve her exam notification slip, ensuring she returned to the exam site before the scheduled time. In An Giang province, at the beginning of the exam, candidate THC (residing in Châu Long 2 hamlet, Châu Đốc ward, attending Thủ Khoa Nghĩa Specialized High School) also overslept. Upon receiving information from the exam board, the Châu Đốc ward police organized traffic control and used a special vehicle to transport her to the exam site before closing time.

The Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union reported that on June 11th, 35 volunteer youth teams, comprising over 1,600 members, simultaneously deployed to 35 examination sites across the province to support and assist candidates. The Provincial Youth Union also mobilized 25,000 bottles of drinking water, 6,000 handheld fans, 15,000 wet wipes, and 140 gift packages to support candidates and their families.

Meanwhile, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union mobilized 112 volunteer youth teams with over 2,300 members participating in activities to support the exam season. Youth union branches at all levels in the province also mobilized over 100,000 bottles of drinking water, 5,000 handheld fans, and 5,000 light meals to support candidates and their families. At exam locations in Hue City, the exam support force set up mobile phone storage points for candidates. According to Mr. Le Mai Binh, Secretary of the Ly Son Special Zone Youth Union in Quang Ngai province, the Special Zone Youth Union mobilized 50 members to participate in the "Exam Support" program. These members provided 10 boxes of drinking water, 4 boxes of milk, bread, pens, and other necessary items for the candidates. The Dong Nai City Youth Union reported mobilizing approximately 3,800 volunteers to support 95 exam locations in 51 communes and wards of the city.
Yesterday, Dak Lak province recorded two special cases. At the Provincial Continuing Education Center examination site, candidate LTA (Chu Van An High School) was unable to take the exam due to a vehicle breakdown on the way, despite her family's efforts to get her to the site as quickly as possible. Meanwhile, at the Hong Duc High School examination site (Buon Ma Thuot ward), Le Huynh Thien Trang was still allowed to take the exam despite suffering a fractured pelvis and multiple injuries after a traffic accident.
