Coach Nguyen Cong Manh leads Ha Tinh Club.

Hong Linh Ha Tinh FC has reached an agreement with coach Nguyen Cong Manh for the 2025-2026 season, to replace Nguyen Thanh Cong, who recently resigned.

After nearly a week of negotiations, coach Nguyen Cong Manh has signed a contract to lead Ha Tinh FC (Hong Linh Ha Tinh). This is the second V-League team for the coach from Nghe An province.

The contract duration was not disclosed. Coach Cong Manh is also no stranger to the Ha Tinh stadium. The former player, born in 1982, spent many years as an assistant coach at the Hong Mountain team.

Coach Nguyen Cong Manh spent four seasons as an assistant to coaches Nguyen Minh Duc and Nguyen Thanh Cong. After the 2022-2023 season, Mr. Manh resigned to pursue his professional coaching license (PRO).

Thanks to his official and highest-level qualification issued by the Asian Football Confederation, Nguyen Cong Manh meets the standards to be appointed as head coach.

With a thorough understanding of the working environment and the leadership, Coach Nguyen Cong Manh knows exactly where Hong Linh Ha Tinh team's strengths and weaknesses lie.

Furthermore, the experience gained from coaching at Binh Duong Club after 11 rounds of the V-League 2024-2025 is valuable capital for the young coach to continue pursuing his passion in a new yet familiar environment like Ha Tinh.

Coach Nguyen Thanh Cong himself, before resigning (to pursue a PRO coaching license), recommended Cong Manh to the team's leadership. Manh will face considerable pressure in the new season.

Before leaving, coach Nguyen Thanh Cong helped Ha Tinh FC finish in 5th place with 36 points after 26 rounds. The team set a milestone of 15 draws per season.
