A representative of the Korean Football Association (KFA) admitted that the team had failed to meet fans' expectations at the tournament.

"As the head of the South Korean delegation, I would like to offer my sincerest apologies for not being able to deliver the results we hoped for. The players, coaching staff, and the entire team worked hard during the preparation and the competition, but we were unable to repay the fans' support with a deserving achievement," said Park.
