Thanks to the support of the Women's Association of Company 74, the family of Ms. Ksor H'Điêm, a Gia Rai ethnic minority worker in Team 7 (Company 74) in Sung Le Kắt village, Ia Kla commune, Đức Cơ district, has transformed from a poor household into a well-off one. Her children are well-raised and excel in their studies. Currently, Ms. H'Điêm's family owns 4 hectares of land planted with rubber trees, coffee, cashew nuts, and vegetables, as well as livestock farms raising cattle, pigs, and chickens, generating hundreds of millions of dong in income each year.

Company 74 commends outstanding women role models for the period 2020-2025.

Previously, Ms. Ksor H'Điêm and the people of Sung Le Kắt village did not know how to do business , how to raise healthy children, and few families sent their children to school. Life depended solely on natural conditions; there was plenty of land but no knowledge of farming, livestock raising, or growing vegetables to ensure a full meal. Many outdated customs persisted, such as people who were sick only knowing how to offer buffalo and cows to Giàng (heaven) and forest spirits, yet their illnesses did not improve; young people in the village lacked jobs, girls as young as 13 or 14 married and had children without family planning, resulting in large families... therefore, poverty continued to plague them.

“If I hadn't been hired as a worker at Company 74 16 years ago, and if it weren't for the care and support of leaders, commanders at all levels, and the women's association, my husband and I probably wouldn't have stable jobs now, nor the skills to cultivate and care for industrial crops like rubber, coffee, and cashew nuts; we wouldn't know how to raise cows, pigs, chickens, or grow vegetables to improve our lives. Especially through the women's association activities, I've gained additional knowledge and life skills, including how to care for my family and raise my children,” shared Ms. Ksor H'Điêm.

Thanks to the assistance of Company 74 in employing workers, thousands of ethnic minority families, like Ms. Ksor H'Điêm's family, now have stable lives. Colonel Hà Văn Nam, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of Company 74, stated that with the consistent principle of prioritizing the interests of workers and the people, the Party Committee and Board of Directors of Company 74 have led and directed agencies, units, and mass organizations to comprehensively implement movements, programs, and models to support workers and the people.

Based on the cultural characteristics of the Gia Rai and Ba Na ethnic groups, where women play a crucial role in the family, the Party Committee and Board of Directors of the Company have led and directed the promotion of the role of women's associations at all levels in gathering, connecting, and supporting female workers and members of ethnic minority groups.

The movements such as "Women in the Army unite and innovate, fulfilling their duties well, building happy families, worthy of being called Ho Chi Minh's soldiers," "Women helping each other develop family economies," "Women excelling in economic activities," and "Green vegetable gardens"; the campaigns: "Promoting traditions, contributing talents, worthy of being called Ho Chi Minh's soldiers," "Building families with 5 no's and 3 clean's"; and programs to build "Houses of Love," "Accompanying women in border areas"... have been implemented extensively, effectively, and practically. This has created a great environment and motivation for cadres and members to enthusiastically compete to excellently fulfill their assigned tasks. Annually, more than 98% of cadre and member families meet the criteria of the "Building families with 5 no's and 3 clean's" campaign and achieve the standard of a cultured family.

Ms. Ksor Chinh, a Gia Rai ethnic minority worker in Team 20 (Company 74), residing in Po village, Ia Chia commune, Ia Grai district, is one of 15 female members who received the "Children of Hope" award from the Company's Women's Association in 2025. This is a testament to the compassion and sharing spirit of the women's association members towards disadvantaged families. Ms. Chinh's husband recently passed away, and her children are still in school, so any support is invaluable to her. The Company's Women's Association has always been a strong pillar, giving her the confidence and strength to overcome difficulties. Ms. Ksor Chinh stated: "The movements, programs, and models of the Company 74 Women's Association are all very practical and effective, truly accompanying and supporting members in developing their economy and building warm, happy families."

Over the past five years, the revolving savings fund of the Women's Association of Company 74 alone, lent to women in difficult circumstances to develop their businesses, has reached 500 million VND, thanks to which many ethnic minority families in difficult circumstances have escaped poverty sustainably.
