The community digital technology group of Nguyen Thai Binh neighborhood was established with 5 members, the secretary of the cell, the head of the neighborhood as the leader. Nguyen Thai Binh neighborhood has 21 self-governing people's groups with 1.015 households. In order to improve the effectiveness of propaganda and guide people to carry out digital transformation, in addition to promoting the role of the neighborhood community digital technology team, the neighborhood leadership clearly understands the goals and meaning of digital transformation to officials, party members, and self-governing people's groups; assign each cadre and party member to be in charge of propagating, guiding and supporting 7 households to master the skills of using digital platforms and participate in digital technology application in life to promote digital transformation from the grassroots level and form digital citizens.
According to Mr. Tran Thanh Liem - Secretary of the Party Committee, Head of the Nguyen Thai Binh neighborhood, taking advantage of the day off from the neighborhood's digital technology group to guide people to use online public services when there is a need to handle administrative procedures; install, activate and use a number of meaningful applications such as electronic identification applications (VNeID), digital social insurance (VssID), non-cash payment software. In case of elderly people, the neighborhood titles record the application login password on paper for people to save and remember. From January 1 until now, Nguyen Thai Binh neighborhood has guided about 2023 people to install electronic identification and digital social insurance applications.
