Completed construction of Provincial Road 342

After more than a year of construction, the Provincial Road 342 project connecting Ha Long City with Ba Che District and Lang Son Province has been completed. The project meets the progress, quality, and requirements for convenient connection between regions, becoming a new driving force for the province's mountainous areas.

Provincial Road 342 project connecting Ha Long City with Ba Che District and Lang Son Province is 20.9km long, starting with Ky Thuong Commune (Ha Long City), ending with Bac Lang Commune, Dinh Lap District (Lang Son Province) passing through Ba Che District. The project has a total investment of more than 800 billion VND from the provincial budget.

On the designed route, there are 4 bridges including: Thac Da, Thac Cha, Khe Lu, Khe Lao. Currently, the bridge items have been completed, ensuring technical and quality factors to be put into operation and use.

The slope system on the route has been treated and reinforced for safety.

The railing system and traffic safety infrastructure have been completed synchronously along the entire route.

The route has beautiful natural scenery as it runs between green forests, residential areas and villages of the Ba Che highland people.

The project is expected to have a signboard welcoming the Provincial Fatherland Front Congress at the end of July 2024, creating a comprehensive and interconnected connection, gradually narrowing the regional gap, aiming at the goal of evenly allocating resources to all regions...
