On April 25-26, in Na Po district, Guangxi province, China, a delegation of Bao Lam, Bao Lac, Ha Quang districts, Cao Bang province (Vietnam) attended the festival "March 3, Guangxi - Na Po romantic love market" in Na Po district in 2025 and cultural and tourism exchange activities at the China-Vietnam border.

The delegation of Bao Lam district, Cao Bang province, Vietnam had a meeting with the leaders of the Party and government of Na Po district, Guangxi province (China). At the meeting, in an atmosphere of solidarity, friendship and cooperation, the leaders of Bao Lam district and Na Po district discussed and agreed on the basis of promoting the good achievements that have been achieved, the two districts continue to implement the common perception of the high-ranking leaders of Vietnam and China, between the leaders of Cao Bang province and Guangxi and between the leaders of Bao Lam - Na Po districts. The two sides continue to strengthen cooperation, exchange, and communication, strengthen the management of border lines and border markers; together do a good job of propaganda and mobilization of people to comply with the regulations on border management; direct the functional forces of each side to effectively implement the Protocol on demarcation and marker planting, the Agreement on land border management regulations between Vietnam and China, and the contents of coordination in ensuring security and order in border areas, and jointly build a peaceful, stable and developed border area. Localities should study and effectively implement the agreements and documents signed by the leaders, including proposing that Na Po district have policies and mechanisms to create more favorable conditions for Cao Bang province to export some agricultural products through Binh Mang border gate more easily, in order to improve economic efficiency for people and businesses. The two sides continue to study and propose to higher levels to sign a commune/village friendship agreement, especially in border areas, to promote friendly exchanges between the two localities and enhance people-to-people exchanges in the spirit of Vietnam streamlining its apparatus, rearranging administrative units, promptly exchanging, coordinating, and handling well issues arising on the border, together building a peaceful , stable, cooperative and developing border area.

Previously, the delegation of Bao Lam district and Bao Lac and Ha Quang districts, Cao Bang province, Vietnam visited Hoa Linh Li Food Processing Factory in Long Cuong Binh Mang Industrial Park; visited Hoa Nong Thuy Trach Silkworm Breeding Company Limited in Bach Sac city; visited and surveyed the Happiness Avenue food street and March 3rd Square.

In the evening of the same day, the delegations attended the Vietnam - China border residents' art festival "March 3, Guangxi - Na Po romantic love market" in Na Po district, Guangxi province, China in 2025 with impressive and unique performances.
