Opening of Nason Ceramic Heritage Cultural Space

On August 22nd, in Hanoi, the "Soldier's Heart" organization, in collaboration with the Nason brand, held a gathering to introduce the creative copyright of veteran, record holder, and Doctor Le Duy Hao; and simultaneously inaugurated the Nason Ceramic Heritage Cultural Space.

Dr. Le Duy Hao was born in 1959 in Dao Xa commune, Phu Tho province. At the age of 18, he enlisted in the army and fought directly on the Vi Xuyen front (Ha Giang province) as part of the 543rd Engineering Brigade, Military Region 2. After more than 11 years of military service with the rank of First Lieutenant, he was discharged and returned to work in the economy to support his family.

Having gone through many ups and downs, he harbored a desire to do something useful for his homeland.

With determination and creativity, Dr. Le Duy Hao embarked on his ceramics business in 2010. He diligently learned the craft, invited skilled artisans to Dao Xa, and personally participated in almost all stages of production, such as design, decoration, glaze mixing, kiln construction, and firing. He meticulously documented and adjusted every technical detail.

For many years, the people of Dao Xa have been familiar with the image of Le Duy Hao diligently surveying and experimenting. On nearly 30 hectares of land licensed by the province, he persevered in building his factory, overcoming many initial difficulties.

With persistent effort and a desire to find his own path, Dr. Le Duy Hao has incorporated the words "Duyen" (fate/destiny) and "Giac" (enlightenment) into gold-painted ceramic products crafted from quartz crystals.

Through a high-temperature firing process, exceeding 1,300°C and nearly 2,000°C, this unique line of ceramics was officially born under the name "Nason Spiritual Ceramics".

Mr. Le Duy Hao stated that Nason ceramics are special because of their quartz crystal composition and high-temperature firing technique, creating a unique color effect. Furthermore, Nason ceramics continue to be researched and improved with 24K nano-gold coating technology, enhancing the value and quality of the products and establishing its brand in both domestic and international markets.

In 2018, Dr. Le Duy Hao's Nason ceramic products were recognized by the Vietnam Record Organization (VietKings) and the World Record Alliance (WorldKings) as having the highest quartz content in Vietnam and the world.

In 2019, Dr. Le Duy Hao was awarded an honorary doctorate by the World Record University Institute, recognizing his contributions in the field of innovation. This is not only an honor for him personally, but also a source of pride for the former soldier who has persistently affirmed Vietnamese intelligence on the international stage.

Most recently, Dr. Le Duy Hao received good news when the Vietnam Copyright Certification and Verification Center granted him a certificate of registration for the publication of his invention "Process of drawing and coating with nano-gold on Nason spiritual ceramics". On this occasion, he also launched the Nason spiritual ceramics cultural and heritage space in Hanoi .

Dr. Le Duy Hao's dedication and contributions not only affirm the capabilities of a soldier on the economic front, but also contribute to enriching the cultural values and heritage of his homeland.
