- On June 21, the Ministry of Finance held an online conference on training programs for business registration officers. At the Lang Son province bridge, the conference was attended by 140 delegates, including leaders of the Finance and Planning Departments of districts and cities; representatives of the People's Committees of newly reorganized communes and wards, and officers in charge of business registration at the commune level.
On June 11, 2025, the Government issued Decree 125/2025/ND-CP stipulating the division of authority of two-level local authorities in the field of state management of the Ministry of Finance, in which the People's Committees at the commune level are assigned to carry out procedures for registering business households and cooperatives. Accordingly, the Ministry of Finance has issued a document guiding the work of business registration in case of changes in administrative boundaries. At the same time, the Ministry of Finance has upgraded the national information system on business registration, business households, and cooperatives to meet the regulations on the organization of administrative units at all levels according to the two-level local government model.
At the training conference, delegates were informed about new points as well as specific processes and procedures in the process of business registration in general when organizing a two-level local government; basic contents of the draft Decree on business registration; contents of amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the Enterprise Law; new features of the national information system on business registration... Delegates were also instructed on how to use the information system on business household registration, cooperative registration; and were informed about a number of new points in the registration of business households, cooperative groups, cooperatives, and cooperative unions when organizing a two-level local government...
Through the training conference, delegates have fully grasped and updated the procedures and methods of organizing and implementing business registration to apply to their professional tasks in the coming time. Thereby, contributing to ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted implementation of business household and cooperative registration procedures in localities in the province when implementing organizational and apparatus reorganization.
