Good Mediator Competition 2023th province in XNUMX with the participation of 8 teams (3 members each) from 8 districts and cities. Teams went through 3 parts including: Greeting part, knowledge test and skits.
Through the greeting part, in just 5 minutes of preparation and presentation, the competing teams introduced local cultural beauties, local traditions and customs, and integrated and introduced about the reconciliation work at the grassroots of their locality through the smooth and deep folk tunes, proverbs, poetry, chants, etc. Each team has its own colorful costumes, creating a good impression for the judges and the audience.
With the theory part, the contestants convinced and impressed the judges as well as the audience who came to cheer for the contest by their legal understanding through excellent answers to multiple-choice questions. and situational questions raised by the Organizing Committee related to common knowledge about the law, with a focus on the provisions of the law on civil, land, marriage and family, and violence prevention. family, gender equality... Through the contest, the mediators demonstrated their mediation experience and qualifications in grassroots mediation; especially the application of knowledge of law, morality, good customs and habits of our people combined with mediation skills to identify and handle problems arising in the community, the problems and disputes among the people.
The most attractive part was still the skit competition, the teams brought to the competition elaborately choreographed skits, realistic content, vivid, bold humanity with attractive and creative expressions. suitable for each locality.
The audience was especially impressed by Kim Son district's competition with skits "Following the Tong Road" and the competition of the Ninh Binh city team with the skit "Only at the loudspeaker"… The way to solve problems in the skits is flexible, mainly in the emotional aspect, not in the force, so it has been approved by the stakeholders. Big things make small, small things make nothing.
