This is an activity aimed at concretizing the 2015 Law on the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Central documents detailing the forms of social supervision and criticism of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Guide No. 60 dated April 20, 4 of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front "On receiving and supervising the implementation of the Action Program of XV National Assembly delegates and People's Council delegates at all levels for the 2021 term- 2021”.
In a constructive and straightforward spirit, members of the Supervision Team questioned and the National Assembly and Provincial People's Council delegates who were supervised explained and clarified: the implementation of responsibilities to participate in the activities of National Assembly, People's Council; the implementation of delegates' responsibilities in contacting voters; the implementation of responsibilities for receiving citizens, receiving and handling complaints, denunciations and petitions from citizens; Delegates' proposals to the Provincial People's Council in promulgating Resolutions; proactively studying, improving qualifications, and practicing skills to well perform the duties of elected representatives according to law; the results of implementing the commitments in the Action Program of the delegates, especially the specific contributions of the National Assembly delegates and the Provincial People's Council in proposing solutions for socio-economic development in the locality where the delegates live. candidates.
Through supervision, it has been shown that the supervised delegates are always highly aware of cultivating ethics, lifestyle and fulfilling their responsibility to set an example; seriously implement the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State; regulations on what not to do for cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees; Attend all meetings of the National Assembly and Provincial People's Council.
At meetings, proactively research records, documents, reports, proposals, draft resolutions, projects, and related documents to prepare opinions to speak and question at the discussion group. debates and at the hall during meetings, thereby positively contributing to the overall success at meetings, basically meeting the expectations of voters and the People.
In addition to participating in meetings of the National Assembly and Provincial People's Council; Delegates have arranged time to participate in activities of the National Assembly, coordinated with relevant agencies to organize conferences to discuss, research, and provide comments on Law projects; Coordinate with the Committees of the Provincial People's Council and activities of the Provincial People's Council Delegation Group according to regulations such as: participating in verification conferences of the Provincial People's Council Committees; Participate in surveys and monitoring as planned by the Provincial People's Council Committees and Delegate Groups in local candidate candidates.
Delegates responsibly and according to regulations periodically meet with voters before and after sessions of the National Assembly; Regular meetings of the Provincial People's Council as assigned by the Delegation Group.
At the meetings with voters, they performed the tasks assigned by the Delegation Team and received feedback from voters. After contacting voters, delegates agreed and classified opinions and recommendations under the jurisdiction of the local, provincial and central authorities.
