This activity is in response to the 2026 Workers' Month, implementing the "I Love My Homeland" movement and the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, and also aims to celebrate the 13th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (2026-2031 term).

Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Kim Quy, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, said that in recent years, the Party and State have issued many policies and guidelines to care for and support workers in general and young workers in particular. Youth Union and Association branches at all levels have also implemented many practical activities to improve skills, expertise, and professional competence, equip young workers with knowledge and confidence to meet the requirements of businesses and the labor market; organize programs to care for their material, cultural, and spiritual lives; create healthy playgrounds, promote physical training, and expand the front of solidarity and gathering of young people.
Permanent Vice Chairman Nguyen Kim Quy expressed his hope that the vibrant and meaningful events of the festival would be replicated in many Youth Union organizations in provinces, cities, localities, and units nationwide, so that they could effectively fulfill their role of accompanying, caring for, and supporting young workers and young people working in industrial and export processing zones; and to affirm the role of the Youth Union organization - truly a common home for young people and members nationwide.
The program included many meaningful activities such as: organizing medical check-ups, health consultations, and free medicine distribution for 1,000 workers in industrial parks and export processing zones; organizing a "Job Fair"; providing advice on registering and verifying SIM card information; a Youth Workers' Football Tournament; sports competitions in swimming, archery, tug-of-war, and team-building; a Youth Workers' Singing Festival; and raffles with many valuable prizes... creating a vibrant event and a great source of encouragement to help young people work even more enthusiastically.

On behalf of the partner organization, a representative from TCP Vietnam shared that the company's development goals are always linked to the group's sustainable orientation and social responsibility. Through the "Young Workers' Festival" series, TCP Vietnam hopes to continue spreading positive energy, empowering young workers to be more confident in their work, maintain their enthusiasm for contribution, and strive for a healthier, more balanced, and fulfilling life.
On this occasion, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union presented gifts to 20 young workers in difficult circumstances in the area; the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union, the Secretariat of the Vietnam Youth Union of Gia Lai province, and the Gia Lai Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association also presented 100 gifts to young workers in difficult circumstances.
Also within the framework of the festival in Gia Lai, a lucky draw was held for participating young workers with valuable prizes, including a grand prize of a motorbike worth 20 million VND and many other attractive gifts from the sponsoring organizations.
