- On the afternoon of June 10th, more than 10,000 candidates across the province arrived at the examination centers to complete the procedures for the 2026 High School Graduation Examination.

At the examination centers, candidates are guided through the registration process, verifying their personal information and correcting any errors in their application forms. They also receive information on examination regulations, schedules, bell signals, permitted and prohibited items in the examination room, and important notes during the examination. The centers also explain the examination procedures, security regulations, and guide candidates on depositing their personal belongings as required.


According to the report of the Provincial Steering Committee for the 2026 High School Graduation Examination, the entire province has 10,107 registered candidates, of which 10,104 are eligible to take the exam. The exam will be held at 21 examination centers with 442 examination rooms, located in 17 communes and wards; 50 units will have candidates taking the exam. The total number of officials, teachers, staff, and other personnel participating in serving the exam is approximately 2,300 people.

At this point, all necessary conditions regarding facilities, personnel, security, and safety for the exam have been fully prepared. Exam centers have completed the review of exam rooms, rooms for storing exam papers and answer sheets, surveillance camera systems, and other conditions to serve candidates; they have also deployed handheld metal detectors to prevent cheating using high-tech devices.
According to the schedule, on the morning of June 11th, candidates will take the first exam, Literature; in the afternoon, they will take the Mathematics exam.
