During the period 2021-2025, the "Accompanying Women in Border Areas" program, implemented by the Provincial Women's Union in coordination with the Provincial Border Guard Command, achieved many important and practical results. Through the support and assistance of organizations such as the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union, the Ho Chi Minh City Women Entrepreneurs Association, the Bac Ninh Provincial Women's Union, various levels of the Women's Union, officials, members, soldiers, and benevolent individuals, a total of nearly 7.7 billion VND was mobilized and used effectively during the 2021-2025 period.
This initiative supports members, poor women, and disadvantaged children in border communes to enhance their capabilities in all aspects, especially in economic empowerment, aiming to improve the quality of life for women and children. Sustainable livelihood models are maintained, gradually improving the quality of life and creating stable and sustainable livelihoods for members and women in border areas.

Furthermore, coordinated propaganda and mobilization efforts have contributed to raising awareness and responsibility among women's association members and people in border areas regarding compliance with policies, laws, maintaining security and order, and stabilizing their lives. Coordination efforts to improve the effectiveness of grassroots women's organizations and the association's movement have become increasingly systematic and practical.
The program's models and activities not only contribute to poverty reduction and raising awareness, but also strengthen the solidarity between the military and the people, and inspire women in border areas to proactively strive for progress and safeguard the nation's borders. Alongside the achievements, the conference frankly acknowledged existing difficulties and proposed solutions for more effective program implementation in the future.

On this occasion, the Women's Union of Bac Ninh province and the Women's Union of Quang Tri province donated 30 sanitation projects worth 180 million VND to women in difficult circumstances in A Doi and Lia communes. The organizing committee awarded Certificates of Commendation from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to 5 collectives and 5 individuals; Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Border Guard Command and the Provincial Women's Union to collectives and individuals with achievements in implementing the "Accompanying Women in Border Areas" program for the period 2021-2025; and presented many meaningful gifts to disadvantaged women members.
