In the period of 2021 - 2025, the program "Accompanying women in the border areas" implemented by the Provincial Women's Union in coordination with the Provincial Border Guard Command has achieved many important and practical results. Through the companionship and support of units such as the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union, Ho Chi Minh City Women Entrepreneurs Association, Bac Ninh Provincial Women's Union, all levels of the union, cadres, members, soldiers and generous individuals, the total fund mobilized in the period of 2021 - 2025 of nearly 7.7 billion VND has been used effectively.

Thereby supporting members, poor women and children in difficult circumstances in border communes to improve their capacity in all aspects, especially enhancing economic power towards improving the quality of life for women and children. Livelihood models are maintained sustainably, gradually improving the quality of life, creating stable and sustainable livelihoods for members and women in border areas.

In addition, the coordinated propaganda and mobilization work has contributed to raising awareness and responsibility of women's union members and people in border areas in complying with policies, laws, maintaining security and order and stabilizing life. The coordination work to improve the effectiveness of grassroots union organizations and union movements has been carried out in an increasingly systematic and practical manner.

The models and activities of the program not only contribute to poverty reduction and raising awareness, but also strengthen the great solidarity between the army and the people, arousing the spirit of proactiveness and protecting the Fatherland's borders of women in border areas. In addition to the achieved results, the conference frankly acknowledged the existing difficulties, thereby proposing solutions to implement the program more effectively in the coming time.

On this occasion, the Women's Union of Bac Ninh province and the Women's Union of Quang Tri province donated 30 sanitation works worth 180 million VND to women in difficult circumstances in A Doi commune and Lia commune. The Organizing Committee awarded Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to 5 collectives; 5 individuals; Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Border Guard Command and the Provincial Women's Union to collectives and individuals with achievements in implementing the program "Accompanying women in the border areas" for the period 2021 - 2025; presented many meaningful gifts to women members in difficult circumstances.
