InterContinental Phu Quoc presents seafood feasts and summery Japanese cuisine at its restaurant area.

Visitors to Phu Quoc this summer will have the opportunity to enjoy seafood, Japanese cuisine, desserts, and cocktails of international 5-star standard at the InterContinental.

Located just a few dozen meters from the sea, Sea Shack restaurant boasts a rustic design, offering diners a fresh culinary experience. Here, guests can enjoy a variety of delicious local and international dishes. The restaurant also features a bar serving a wide selection of drinks, with the Tiki cocktail being a highlight.

Especially this summer, the restaurant is launching a "Seafood Feast" set menu every Monday, from 11 AM to 10 PM. These three set menus, priced from 950,000 VND, include a variety of fresh seafood such as tiger prawns, green mussels, blue crabs, slipper lobsters, and lobsters, prepared with various sauces. The dishes are best served with bread and grilled vegetables.

LAVA restaurant was voted the Best Seafood Restaurant in Asia by the Haute Grandeur Global Excellence Awards 2022. Located by the beachfront with a stylized bamboo dome design by architect Vo Trong Nghia, LAVA offers a luxurious, elegant yet warm and inviting atmosphere.

This restaurant is a signature feature of the resort, known for its premium ingredients, refined cooking techniques, and curated wine selection. Guests can choose the Tomahawk Beefsteak set, which includes an appetizer, a 1.2 kg Tomahawk steak, side dishes, dessert, and a bottle of red or white wine. This set is served every Thursday for 7.5 million VND. The restaurant is open daily from 5 PM to 10 PM.

Guests staying at the InterContinental can enjoy the simple, elegant flavors of Japanese cuisine with a special menu at Sora & Umi restaurant every Wednesday. The menu features signature dishes from the Land of the Rising Sun such as sashimi, udon noodles, and mocha cake. All the flavors harmonize to create a light and refreshing experience for diners. The restaurant is open daily from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

Besides Asian and European cuisine, visitors can also visit INK 360 - a top sunset viewing spot in Phu Quoc - with its signature cocktails and vibrant DJ music every night. Visitors can come here from 5 PM until late at night.
