In mid-2019, Mr. Dao Dinh Tham was transferred to work at Tra My Meteorological Station (under the Quang Nam Province Hydrometeorological Station). Mr. Tham is an energetic and dedicated cadre, honored to be a member of the Party since 2015. Meanwhile, Ms. Le Thi Thuy - Head of Tra My Meteorological Station was appointed in 2010 but is not yet a Party member.

After working with the new “boss”, Mr. Tham grasped her thoughts and aspirations and did ideological work to help her strive to join the Party. By mid-2022, Mr. Tham himself advised and guided her in preparing documents, personally verified her political background, and completed all procedures so that Ms. Thuy could have the honor of joining the Party.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Huan - Party Cell Secretary, Deputy Director of the Hydrometeorological Station (KTTV) of Quang Nam province said that at the end of 2020, he himself completed the documents and procedures for Party admission for his "boss", Mr. Truong Tuyen (station director).

“The political background of the previous leader had some regulations that did not meet the conditions for party development. Mr. Tuyen is a very dedicated person, with a lot of experience, good capacity and is trusted, so due to the nature of the industry, the organization appointed him as director in mid-2012.

By the time I took up the job, the regulations of the superiors on party development had been adjusted and supplemented, and the political background of the leader was qualified. I myself or any deputy, of course, did the procedures to admit leader Tuyen to the Party," Mr. Huan confided.

According to Mr. Le Viet Xe - former Party Committee member, former Deputy Director of the Central Central Region Hydrometeorological Station (the managing agency of Quang Nam Hydrometeorological Station), there are still some other cases where deputies or subordinates carry out party development procedures for leaders in the hydrometeorological sector, not just the two cases mentioned above.

The industry organization considers the experience and professional capacity in personnel work for each area with stations and stations according to the actual situation. Sometimes in some places, the personnel have not yet developed party members or do not have party members.

Therefore, there are still cases of arranging or appointing non-party leaders to ensure effective management and operation of assigned professional tasks.

All cases of administrative and party development promotions for leaders of the KTTV sector in the Central Central region in recent times have come from trust, in the spirit of building, solidarity, and responsibility of party members towards colleagues, comrades as well as assigned professional and political tasks.

“There has been no evidence of any motives of profit or trying to please the boss in these cases. This will help the Party organization of the industry in Quang Nam to be strengthened to comprehensively and effectively lead all aspects of work,” Mr. Xe shared.

The entire hydrometeorological sector is drastically restructuring its organization, eliminating the general department level and reducing many focal points according to the Central Government's policy. It is known that Mr. Truong Tuyen - Director of the Quang Nam Provincial Hydrometeorological Station is an exemplary party member, one of the first cases in the sector to voluntarily write an application for early retirement to facilitate the streamlining of the organization and apparatus.

Stories about Party admission for "chiefs" like the ones above always have a deep Party character, imbued with comradeship and colleagueship, and associated with high responsibility in professional work and internal solidarity.
