The life of Ms. Phan Thi Tanh, a Tay ethnic minority member of the Women's Association of Team 12, residing in Mit Kom 2 village, Ia O commune, Ia Grai district, has gradually stabilized and escaped poverty after receiving support from the Women's Association of Company 715 to build a "House of Compassion for Members" in 2022. According to Ms. Tanh, the sturdy and spacious house not only brings joy and happiness but also serves as a spiritual and material support, creating great motivation for her family to actively work in production, overcome difficulties, and raise their children to be good and well-behaved students.

The Women's Association of Company 715 presented gifts to the family of Ms. Pham Thi Thu, in Mit Jep village, Ia O commune (Ia Grai district, Gia Lai province ).

Similar to Ms. Tanh, in 2024, Ms. Pham Thi Thu, a member of the Women's Association of Team 7, residing in Mit Jep village, Ia O commune, received support from the Women's Association of Company 715 to build a "House of Compassion for Members," which she calls her "house of happiness." Ms. Thu said that her family and many other member families, especially women from ethnic minority groups, have escaped poverty and have a more prosperous life thanks to the "Sharing Compassion - Connecting Love" movements and programs of the Women's Association of Company 715.

The Women's Association of Company 715 has 15 branches with 648 members, including 374 members from ethnic minority groups. Notably, the majority of members are direct laborers in villages and hamlets. Therefore, the Women's Association of the Company recognizes that caring for and improving the lives of its members is a way to contribute to building the local area and establishing a strong foundation of public support. From this, movements such as: "Women helping each other develop family economies ," "Sharing compassion - fostering love," "Clean houses - beautiful gardens - stable economies"; models such as: "Revolving capital contributions," "Saving money in piggy banks"; campaigns such as: "Building families with 5 no's and 3 clean's," "Building families with 5 yes's and 3 clean's"; programs such as: "Accompanying women in border areas," building "Houses of compassion for members"... have been implemented extensively, effectively, and have attracted a large number of members to participate. Over the past five years, the Women's Association of Company 715 has helped hundreds of women access loans for production development and medical treatment to overcome difficulties and achieve sustainable poverty alleviation; and donated gifts and school supplies to thousands of students, totaling over 1.555 billion VND.

According to Colonel Hoang Duc Toa, Party Secretary and Deputy Director of Company 715, the movements, programs, and models of the Women's Association of Company 715 have connected compassionate hearts, creating a combined strength to support and help many women and children overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives, and continue their studies. The most valuable aspect of the women's movement at Company 715 is its ability to transform difficulties and challenges into motivation for women to constantly strive, overcome poverty and backwardness, and build prosperous, progressive, happy, and civilized families.
